Get Ready For Your Winter Wardrobe
This week, New York-based label Miguelina rose to the top with a 49% increase in search activity. An international pioneer of luxury women’s resort wear that was founded by Dominican-born designer Miguelina Gambaccini in 1999, its designs exude that sense of effortless ease. And as the year-end holidays are approaching, it’s to no surprise that the label is gaining traction. Dresses made up of its top category with over 50%, so it’s a great option if you’re looking for one.

Last week’s top brand Adanola continues to create a buzz a week later, as the brand shifts to the second spot with a 47% increase in search activity. The athleisurewear label recently launched its biggest-ever collaboration with fashion stylist Pernille Teisbæk who amassed 1.4 million followers on Instagram on a range of curated looks that are made to wear from gym to streets.

Armor-Lux may not  be a household name, but it’s actually a well-known brand in France. Offering men’s, women’s and children’s collections, the label recently opened its boutique at 8 rue du Chatelet, which catapulted its search activity by 41%. Its top categories when it comes to restock and retail marketplaces are shirts, with 77.3% and 74% respectively.

Following closely behind is LMC, also known as Lost Management Cities, which launched the final drop of its Fall/Winter 2022 collection via a lookbook that exudes cool, laidback vibes featuring New York-based skateboarders, Kyota Umeki, Chris Ramos, and King Abdo.

As we’re approaching winter, Italian outerwear label Bomboogie is also making waves (+32%) for its well-made pieces. 62% of its category goes to coats and jackets. Its range of designs that are made using synthetic padding — PrimaLoft — derived from recycled materials provides the same amount of warmth as the classic down material.

On the other hand, New York-based brand Laquan Smith is reeling from all the hot red carpet moments, as its designs were recently spotted on Khloe Kardashian, Lenny Kravitz, Sydney Sweeney, Kelly Rowland and more. As a result, its search activity increased by 29% and it gained 5.8K new followers on Instagram.

The last three names on our list — namely Kiko Kostadinov (+29%), Y/Project (+25%) and Moose Knuckles (+24%) — all have one thing in common: they recently launched covetable collaborations with equally trendy brands. London-based label Kiko Kostadinov teamed up with Hysteric Glamour on a crazy-cool line-up for Asics; Y/Project’s Jean Paul Gaultier high-fashion-and-streetwear collab is definitely one of the most talked-about at the moment; Canadian winterwear brand Moose Knuckles’ partnership with Eckhaus Latta givest their functional designs that downtown-cool twist.
